Our Staff Acts Up

 

This is a section of the Website for, about and by (mostly) our staff. That is, at least they think they’re staff. Really...they're family. And, as such, they tend to take more liberties than staffs at most of the businesses I know. But they also tend to work harder and care more than these other staffs as well. And Kenny and Zuke's would not be the place it is without them. And for that, they’re all owed our gratitude. And a raise, or something.

This section is the something. It will include their pictures and thoughts, jokes and musings, as well as anecdotes and their activities. And Lord knows what.

Employee of the Month

Given every month to the member of the Kenny and Zuke's family who most exemplifies what we stand for - a group that works hard, parties hard, and takes immeasurable teasing and abuse from their fellow staff members with good humor and aplomb. What do they get for this honor? Why, they get to be Employees of the Month. Okay, okay, and a case of their favorite beer from our selection (root beer for the minors...hear that OLCC?).

April's Employee of the Month:

Michael Casey helps make the Baking department of Kenny and Zuke's hum.  Or maybe that should be roar.  Whether it's while shaping a bagel, scoring a rye bread, or braiding a challah, Michael's prodigious skills are always in the forefront, as are his equally apparent opinions.  Which is why we love him.  And why he's March's Kenny $ Zuke's Employee of the Month!
